Did you know that 3.5 billion people are still waiting to hear the Gospel for the first time...AND three-fourths of these people are in Asia? Because of the cultural barriers these people are un-reached. They have been overlooked by the outreach efforts of most world-wide missions. As a result, they have little or no knowledge of Jesus Christ The un-reached of Asia include more than 1.2 billion Chinese, 1 billion Hindus and 500 million Muslims.
Asia Evangelistic Fellowship ( AEF ) was established in Singapore in 1960 with the goal of reaching these peoples.
Asian Reaching Asians... The philosophy of AEF has always been to allow God to raise Asian leadership to reach Asians. The predominantly Asian staff of AEF is sensitive to the cultural complexities of Asia and is committed to the task of building God's Church.
Founded by one of Asia's leading evangelists and missionary statesmen, Dr. G. D. James, the AEF is one of the fastest growing Two Thirds World mission in Asia. Within 40 years it has expanded its missionary frontier from Singapore to Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Hong Kong, the Philippines and Burma. Today, AEF has 200 national missionaries and associate workers engaged in a whole spectrum of evangelistic and training ministries
